Kuro Kaneko, landscape architect
Studied landscape architecture at Tokyo University, and graduated in the Faculty of Agriculture. Gained experience in a practical way as children's play leader for the Municipality of Tokyo for eight years.
Director of the Japanese Children's Playground Association.
The Teppozu Children's playground (opende 1935, re-designed and re-constructed in 1962) is sited near a primary school.
